DO YOU CHARGE BY THE 1/2 HOUR?
Yes, we charge the first hour. Then we charge per half an hour increments. Our rates are per half an hour and depends on how many trucks you require for the move.
More trucks mean less trips, and more time saved.
Usually, if you require more than one trip and the place you are moving is a little far, is better having more than 1 truck.
On the other hand, if the place is fairly close, 1 truck doing multiple trips will do the job efficiently.

WHY HOURLY RATE?
Providing hourly rates means we do not charge for stairs, lifts, heavy items or even disassembling and reassembling furniture. The customer control the time of the move and decide what is priority for them, and is perfect for working on a budget. This also means we do not have a minimum rate, from one item to a full house is possible with us.
HOW MANY TRIPS DO I NEED TO COMPLETE MY MOVE?
Even a 4 Bed job can take only 1 Trip. For more accurate information, ask for a quote and we will send to your email for free the most accurate estimation of your move.
HOW DO I KNOW THE SIZE OF MY MOVE?
We give you an approximation of the size of a move:
1 Bed: 1 Beds, 2 bed side tables, 1 or 2 bookcases (or chest of drawers), 1 or 2 couches, 1 TV unit, TV, 1 Dining table with chairs, 1 fridge, 1 washing Machine and 1 Dryer plus some boxes and miscellaneous.
2 Bed: 2 beds, 2 or 4 bed side tables, 2 or 3 bookcases (or chest of drawers), 1 or 2 couches, TV unit, 1 or 2 TVs, 1 Dining table with chairs, 1 fridge, 1 washing Machine and 1 Dryer plus some boxes and miscellaneous.
3 Bed: 3 beds, from 2 to 6 bed side tables, 3 or 4 bookcases (or chest of drawers), 1 or 2 couches, TV unit, 2 or 3 TVs, 1 or 2 Dining table with chairs, 1 fridge, 1 washing Machine and 1 Dryer plus some boxes and miscellaneous.
4 Bed: 4 beds, from 2 to 6 bed side tables, 4 or 5 bookcases (or chest of drawers), 2 or 3 couches, 2 TV units, 2 or 3 TVs, 1 or 2 Dining table with chairs, 1 fridge, 1 washing Machine and 1 Dryer plus some boxes and miscellaneous.
DO YOU CHARGE CALL OUT FEE?
Depending how far you are from and to, we do charge a call out fee which will cover an amount of the cost of the fuel and the time for our team to get to you and come back to base after the move. Get a quote for free to see if this applies to your move.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, we have insurance for your peace of mind. However, our Tetris engineers are professionals in their packing, so no worries at all.
HOW AFTERPAY WORKS?
If you have an account with afterpay, just tap your phone or card in our machines our follow the instructions given by our team members, and you will be able to pay your moving services in 4 instalments.
HOW PAYMENT IS COLLECTED?
Payment will be collected by our team members in person when the move is completed. We accept Bank transfer, Cash, Afterpay and Card Payments.
